New Homeowner Leads Subscription | Each New Group Delivered Automatically
People who have just bought a home are some of the most valuable prospects a local business can reach — they're ready to spend on home improvement, landscaping, security, décor, and services for the new house. But the people who bought this month are not the people who bought last month, so a one-time list goes stale quickly. A New Homeowner subscription finds recent home buyers, delivers them on a schedule you choose, and sends only records you haven't received before. Set it up once, and every cycle brings you a fresh group.
- Fresh Every Cycle A new group each delivery
- Never Pay Twice Only new records billed
- You Pick the Pace Weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Budget Cap You set the maximum
- Minimum Guard Thin cycle? No charge
- Cancel Anytime No long-term contract
How a New Homeowner Subscription Works
- 1
Choose Where
Pick your geography in the subscription builder — cities, ZIP codes, counties, or states — and add any demographic filters you want, just like a one-time list.
- 2
Choose How Often
Receive a delivery weekly, monthly, or quarterly, whichever matches how often you want to reach out.
- 3
Choose the Size
Set a minimum and a maximum number of records per delivery. Below your minimum, the cycle is skipped and nothing is charged; the maximum is your budget cap.
- 4
Subscribe Once
Your card is saved when you subscribe. Each delivery arrives by email as a secure download link, and you're reminded before every charge.
Choosing How Often
Every delivery contains only new homeowners you haven't received before, so the schedule is about how often you want to act, not about avoiding repeats. A weekly delivery gets each new group to you more often and in smaller batches. A monthly or quarterly delivery gives you a larger batch at a slower pace. You can change your frequency at any time from your account.
Not sure which suits you? Start monthly. If the batches feel too big to follow up on, switch to weekly; if they feel too small, switch to quarterly.
What You Get
- Only records that are new since your last delivery — you never pay for the same homeowner twice
- Your first delivery as soon as you subscribe, then one per cycle, each as a secure download link by email that you can share with up to 5 extra recipients
- A minimum and maximum per delivery, so a thin cycle is skipped and a big one can't exceed your budget
- Billing per delivery, for the records actually delivered — never a flat fee
- The freedom to pause, change your frequency or delivery size, or cancel anytime. Lists you've already received are yours to keep, and your selection is saved under a name so you can reuse it later
What is in each file: Each CSV contains names and mailing addresses. Email addresses and phone numbers are not included. Your download link is delivered by email.
Subscription vs. One-Time List
A subscription isn't a replacement for a one-time list — it's a different tool for a different job. If you need a single campaign, the one-time New Homeowner list may fit better.
| One-Time List | New Homeowner Subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | A single campaign | Ongoing outreach to each new group of home buyers |
| Freshness | A snapshot on the day you buy | A new group delivered every cycle |
| Duplicates | Re-buy the whole list each time | Only new records, each cycle |
| Payment | Pay per purchase | Card saved once, billed per delivery within your cap |
